It seems we've always combined the boys
birthday parties together.
It's just been easier that way and they haven't said anything about it.
This year I think it would be nice to let them
have their own parties.
With their own friends.
I'm just really bad at parties.
I like to have family over and BBQ and cake it up.
But when it comes to the friends and goodie bags and balloons and stuff,
I'm just clueless.
Now I need some ideas.
What should we do?
Does anyone have any good party ideas, on a budget!
Friends - hotdogs and chips. Watch a movie, make some airpopped popcorn. Treatbags? Go to dollarama and buy 1-2 things for each kid and throw a few suckers in there. Good to go.
ReplyDeleteMost kids love pizza. You could make your own mini pizza crusts and let each kid add their own toppings. That may not be the most budget friendly, but its fun. Hope you figure it out!!

ReplyDeleteI think we might still do it as 1 party. They can each have 1 or 2 friends and maybe we'll go to a park and have a picnic. Then they can have ice cream and freak out at our house and then go home!
That sounds good enough to me.
